Aisling (pronounced Ash-ling) is passionate about helping people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

Her approach to physical therapy is comprehensive and personal, combining her clinical expertise with a genuine understanding of the importance of movement, sport, and an active lifestyle.

Aisling began her academic journey at the University of Limerick in Ireland, where she earned her degree in Sport and Exercise Science. She went on to complete a Master's degree in Physiotherapy at Robert Gordon University in Aberdeen, Scotland, before relocating to Flagstaff, Arizona, to earn her Doctorate in Physical Therapy.

Now based in Marin County, Aisling is the owner of Viva Physical Therapy & Wellness. She specializes in orthopedic rehabilitation, with extensive experience helping patients recover following joint replacement and other orthopedic procedures. She also works with athletes of all levels, helping them recover from injury and confidently return to the sports and activities they love.

Outside of work, you'll usually find Aisling enjoying the outdoors with her husband, their two sons, and their beloved bulldog. During the summer, she stays connected to her Irish roots and love of sport by playing Gaelic football with a local team.
